Rally participants are flagged off on a tour of the country roads around Bridgehampton.The late Bob Grossman’s trophy which he received for winning his class in a 1962 FIA race. Bob loved The Bridge so much he built a house next to the track, then complained about the noise.
Kevin Mackay’s beautiful ex-Roger Penske Vette.  Kevin is probably the nation’s top Corvette restorer.Howard Kroplick’s legendary Alco Black Beast participated in the first Indy 500, was one of the scarier rides we’ve taken!Joe Buzzetta brought along his gorgeous Porsche 906 with which he snagged the 2-liter win in the ’66 Can-Am. Joe and his son now run the Competition Imports dealerships.

Johan Woerheide brought his Lola to the site of its most glorious moment. Woke up some golfers.Then and now: Pete Lyons photo depicts the start of the 1966 Can-Am, while in the background, Dan Gurney’s Lola returns to that exact spot 44 years later. Funny: Feels like only yesterday.
